Philly Cheesesteak

2 – 2 1/2 pounds Ribeye Steak, thinly-sliced
2 medium Onions, thinly sliced
Salt
Pepper
1 8 oz Jar Cheez Whiz
Vegetable Oil
Hoagie Rolls

Preheat cast iron skillet with 2 tbs vegetable oil. Add onions and cook until clear (3 to 4 minutes), stirring constantly.

Remove onions from skillet. Add tablespoon of vegetable oil if necessary.

Add steak to preheated skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook steak for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add onions to steak and mix in heated skillet for additional 2 minutes or so.

Serve steak on large hoagie roll, top with melted Cheez Whiz.
