Supper With Stub 1-1: Steak and Taters!

It’s the first-ever episode of Supper With Stub! Each week, Stub will mix up a perfectly-crafted pre-dinner cocktail before walking you through the preparation of a delicious meal and suggesting an ideal beer and wine pairing for said meal. In this week’s episode, Stub sips one of his favorite cocktails while preparing a cast iron skillet-seared ribeye steak, twice baked potatoes, and steamed broccoli (‘cause you should eat your vegetables).     Add broccoli and carrots to get extra flavor and vegetables in the twice-baked potatoes. With ham in the twice-baked potatoes, It becomes an all-in-one meal (though you can never go wrong with a rib-eye; the Rib is always right – duhhhhh).
